Chewy is currently recruiting a Manager, Fulfillment Center Human Resources to lead the HR team located in Jessup, PA.

We need an engaging HR Leader to join our team.
What you'll do:
Lead the creation of an engaging team culture by ensuring solid connections are built between managers and team members, ensuring all voices are heard, and team members are valued Manage the HR team responsible for coaching and developing leaders at all levels and driving improved performance Leverage metrics, feedback mechanisms, and other data to identify and get ahead of trends and emerging issues Assist with training as needed and manage a team responsible for a best-in-class onboarding experience Collaborate with the Total Rewards organization to build and maintain compensation programs, evaluate job levels, and ensure compensation programs remain competitive Assist management staff in the resolution of issues and concerns, which may include disciplinary action Ensure that administrative support tasks (e.
g.
, timekeeping, leave administration, compensation, and benefits, etc.
) and standard work are completed regularly with a high degree of efficiency and quality Develop/update job descriptions, rules, procedures, and policies as needed Participate in facility safety and meetings, including, but not limited to, safety committee meetings and accident investigations May be required to travel to achieve organizational goals and objectives What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources, or related study preferred) 5 years in an HR partnership role, ideally within a customer service operation or similar work environment, with a proven track record of success 2 years' experience managing an HR Team Proven record of influencing leaders at all levels Excellent written, verbal, and public presentation /communication skills and strong interpersonal skills required Able to work effectively with a wide range of people HR experience in a health care or related environment preferred Chewy is committed to equal opportunity.
