Job Title:Microsoft Dynamics CRM Analyst

Reporting to:CTO Government BPaaS, Healthcare

About the role:

You will work closely with the CRM Leader and Business
Analysts to understand the business requirement and assist in solution design
in CRM (MS Dynamics 365). This role will include CRM, Business Intelligence,
Document Management and Business Process Automation.

This
role will continue past the BPaaS Factory build-out.

Objective of the Role:

To Implement and Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM /
Call Center) into the Government Healthcare BPaaS Factory.

This would include:

Telephony
tools like Cisco Call Center, IVR, Campaign Dialer, etc.

Build
out support for viewing all images and/or documents allowing a 360 degree view
of all interactions with both Providers and Members.

Integrate
Facets, EAM, EDM, etc., into Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with
    business teams to design and architect a solution to improve quality and
    cost.
  • Business and
    process analysis

    "as is" and "to be" within accurate and detailed
    scoping documents
  • Liaising
    with developers and business teams - act as a single point for
    communication

    Assurance & Documentation
  • Over 8 years
    building and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Solid
    understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
  • Experience
    of working on full life cycle implementations Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
  • Superb
    communication and problem solving skills
  • Good
    understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
  • Microsoft
    SQL Server understanding
  • Ability to
    produce high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering
    skills w. r. t. CS implementation.
  • Solid
    attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality
    solutions to customers
  • Experience
    across Healthcare

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
